How to calculate the average and standard deviation

        At HP 12C can do these calculations very quickly

As an example to illustrate the calculations, suppose that 5 people have the following weights: 58Kg, 65Kg, 77kg, 85Kg and 90Kg. The mean and standard deviation of this data set are calculated as follows:


1- To launch the calculator data set, enter each value followed by the key  58 Σ+ 65Σ+ 77 Σ+ 85 Σ+ 90 Σ+;
2- To find the average just press g then the key (the same key of 0);
3- To find the standard deviation og followed just press the S key (the same key.);
